amazing grand beach stay!

the location was super convenient. the suites were big. and so clean. everything i needed for my stay was there. the family had so much fun with all the amenities. i will definitely be back!

i noticed some phones in the room were marked wrong. this caused some confusion. it would be great if those were updated for easier use.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they responded quickly when i needed something. i really appreciated their attentiveness and quick problem solving. they seemed genuinely happy to assist.

the three-bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. it included a king bed and two twin beds. the suite also had a bathtub making it easy to relax after a long day. plus! it had mobility accessible features.

The resort features multiple activities. there are tennis and pickleball courts available. you can also play shuffleboard and mini-golf. two heated pools and hot tubs are available too. We loved the pool!

The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. a large dining table made meals comfortable. gazebos and grills are available outside. Perfect for family barbecues. it was really convenient!

the location was very good! there was no breakfast, but that was okay. it was just one mile from the disney front gate, i appreciated that. it was centrally located near all the orlando area attractions, i liked that.

i stayed here for a week and the main tv was out for four of those days. staff apologized, but no real fix was made. the pools were closed for a day because of an accident, that was not ideal. the staff did not communicate well about the pool closure.

the rooms were clean i found. the upgraded rooms looked very nice after i checked in. the grounds seemed well maintained too. the area around the lake are beautiful for photos.

the gym has a ridiculously small size i saw.
