Really good Stay for Families

spacious rooms great rate

I secured a great rate for the Three-Bedroom King Suite Two Twin Beds Bath Tub Mobility Accessible. The rooms were spacious. Each of the three bedrooms offered comfort. The kitchen included an oven, a microwave, a stove, a fridge and essential utensils. I also enjoyed the on-site mini golf and the convenience of a mini mart.

I noticed the corridor to rooms had an old, musty smell. I found the lack of daily servicing inconvenient. I also had to request toilet rolls.

The resort's location is convenient, offering easy access to Disney Springs and International Drive. It takes only twelve minutes to drive to Magic Kingdom's parking from here. A huge Walmart and Publixs are also just a short drive away.

The staff texted each day to check if I needed anything, which I found very helpful. All employees and staff members treated me well throughout my stay. Reception were very helpful.

charmed stay at the resort

clean room awesome patio

the room was big, also clean. the hotel had many facilities for the kids, also that was great. i did like the location close to many things, also the screened patio with a table and four chairs was awesome.

good location disney gate area attractions tv issue pool closure poor communication

the location was very good! there was no breakfast, but that was okay. it was just one mile from the disney front gate, i appreciated that. it was centrally located near all the orlando area attractions, i liked that.

i stayed here for a week and the main tv was out for four of those days. staff apologized, but no real fix was made. the pools were closed for a day because of an accident, that was not ideal. the staff did not communicate well about the pool closure.

clean rooms well maintained grounds

the rooms were clean i found. the upgraded rooms was very nice after i checked in. the grounds seemed well maintained too. the area around the lake are beautiful for photos.

the gym has a ridiculously small size i saw.
